Principles and Code of Conduct
The 21st International Meeting on Chemical Sensors and Concordia University strive to foster a space for peer-to-peer learning that is welcoming to all and free from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation.
All participants are expected to treat one another with respect and consideration in order to maintain a collegial, inclusive, and professional environment. Inappropriate conduct, discriminatory or harassing comments, disruptive behaviour, or actions that undermine the participation, safety, or dignity of others will not be tolerated.
All conference participants, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Concordia University’s Code of Rights and Responsibilities and must abide by this code in all virtual and professional activities associated with the event. Sanctions for behaviour that violates these principles may include expulsion from the event.
We encourage participants to optionally share their pronouns when introducing themselves and use non-binary language when possible.
