Who should partner with IMCS 2027?

What currency are prices in?

All sponsorship and exhibit prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How do we pay?

Costs are payable to Concordia University in Canadian funds by a cheque drawn on a Canadian bank or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You can also request an invoice for the balance. The full balance is due when the application is received. We will contact you upon reception of your request.

Can we build a custom package?

Yes. The Custom Event option lets the organizers help design a sponsorship that reaches attendees in a unique way — for example, sponsoring a specific symposium session or delivering a technical presentation during a meeting event.

Do sponsors and exhibitors receive registrations?

Yes — the number varies by level (Platinum 4, Gold 2, Silver 1, and custom options include complimentary registrations). A standard booth includes one complimentary full registration.

What are the deadlines for recognition?

To be included in printed materials, applications and logos are due April 12, 2027. Exhibitors must also submit a 50-word organization description by February 12, 2027. Send logos in vector AI or EPS format with fonts converted to outline.
